Banks are moving toward stablecoins. Europe is building bank-backed digital money. Tokenized assets need payment rails. Cross-border transfers still remain slow, expensive and fragmented. That is where payment-focused crypto starts to matter again. $XRP is still one of the most controversial names in this space, but it sits directly inside the institutional payments and settlement conversation.
