The honorary ape gift led to drama at the time, but looking back, receiving it helped me in a big way, I was not always the Artchick you know today, 4 years ago I was broke, I joined CT to sell artwork as NFTs to pay off my credit card debt, the liquidity from the honorary ape sale hit at just the right time, I can't even quantify how much it helped
And now I return the favor, perhaps when BAYC needs it the most
Apes are not going away, and when NFTs inevitably pump again I think Apes will follow Punks to greatness and those who bought at these levels will look like geniuses
