Why is my withdrawal still processing?
After you confirm the crypto, network, and receiving address and submit a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will go through several stages, such as withdrawal information verification, on-chain transfer, network confirmation, and confirmation by the receiving platform, before it is successfully completed.
However, in certain situations (e.g., withdrawal queueing, unconfirmed blocks, or low network fees), your withdrawal may be temporarily delayed.
1. Explanation of different withdrawal statuses
Withdrawal Request/Pending
When the withdrawal details page shows Withdrawal Request or Pending, it means the withdrawal has not yet been completed and is still waiting in the queue.
This process usually takes only a few minutes. If it takes longer, it may be due to a high volume of withdrawal requests. The system processes withdrawals strictly in the order they are submitted, and manual intervention is not possible. Please wait patiently.
During these two stages, if you decide not to proceed with the withdrawal, you may request to cancel it within 1 minute.
Processing
When the withdrawal status shows Processing, it means the transaction has already been broadcast to the blockchain and is awaiting miner confirmation. The transaction must reach the required number of block confirmations before it is completed.
Processing time depends on factors such as network fees and network congestion, so the duration is not fixed. Please wait patiently.

Cancelled
When the withdrawal status shows Cancelled, it means you have actively requested to cancel the withdrawal. OKX will cancel the transaction, and the assets will be returned to your account balance. The recipient will not receive the assets. You can view the details in your account’s transaction history.
2. How network fees affect withdrawal speed?
The network fee you pay affects how quickly your withdrawal is handled by miners. Please note that the fee required for a withdrawal depends on the complexity of the transaction. More complex transactions consume more computational resources and therefore require higher fees.
3. Network congestion
Network congestion occurs when the volume of on-chain transactions increases significantly, leading to longer processing times and higher network fees. This usually happens when a large number of transactions are submitted at the same time, exceeding the network’s processing capacity.
When the network is congested, miners need more time to confirm transactions, so withdrawals may take longer to complete. Please wait patiently.
