ok I went through the thread, as a cosmos believer since I spent 2 years of my life building @0xPolygon on the cosmos-sdk while fucking around with tendermint
alot of what I read on this thread is directionally right:
- yes need to focus on enterprise and tokenisation, imho alot of opportunity in disrupting the chokehold R3 corda, IBM have in that space
- my fear is the roadmap still focuses on tech alot when tbh the tech already exists and making it better wont move the needle
- the focus should be ONLY on insti adoption and having them become the buyers and holders of the coin(atom)
- sales cycles are long, start hiring smart-suits, put together a budget to be used to onboard partners
honestly, barry and the team leading these efforts are absolutely the right people for it, they know how to get this done
I just think reduce the focus on tech and increase the focus on BD/sales by 1000x, think as much as I love cosmos-sdk/tendermint tech as an engineer, tech is simply not the deal breaker in these deals
